The Bill is a great police drama on ITV1. It centres around the (albeit rather far-fetched) lives of police officers in the heart of London.

We have classic characters and episodes with some tense investigations and regular sieges and fights making for gripping viewing!

Are there any more fans of The Bill on this forum?

Next Weeks episodes are going to be gold, and it's interesting we're to see a half hour episode.

Haha! What a stupid mistake to make!

Can't believe that Andrea is left to burn by Gabriel, its just like what he did with Kerry Sad

Have to admit, if they blow it up again its kind of nothing new. I dont think there is a more doomed police station than Sun Hill these days.

Then agan, if Sun Hill police station is anything like Holby City hospital, it will be up and running as if nothing ever happenned within 2 weeks.

Yep, thats the one. They have terrific builders in London (if only they did my job would be so much easier)

Paul Marquess (executive producer) is doing it because the replacement station will be 'cutting edge', 'state of the art', and 'very modern'.

Also, a cast clearout was obviously needed so I suppose this is the best way to do it. Last year, The Bill was recomissioned until 2012, and he decided to 'rip the show apart and start from scratch', building 'storyline arcs'.

There were rumours that it was going to turn into a four-times weekly soap, each edition half an hour, and other of two hour-long episodes and one half-hour episode. We'll see!

I suppose the future's bright!

(And I completely agree about Holby! Some incredible buildings they have!)

Hey peeps! I love the Bill! As mentiond earlier, it is great police drama, actually it's a fab police drama! I only wish they would show it 3 - 4 times a week! Twice is not enough! Also, on ITV 3, why do they show the two seperate eps when on the weekend when it's advertised as an 'omnibus'...?
