I'm more impressed at the fact the thing was filmed way back last year and it's still been kept quiet what's happening, but have all the shows been filmed. I know the final reveal is kept to a live show, but the final task between the two finalists, has that already happened?

This also happened with the first series last year, I presume the entire thing is now in the can, edited and ready to air and the winner knows who they are. IIRC there was some sort of embargo around last year's series that basically forbade anybody associated with the production to reveal anything about it.

I don't think last year's final was live as it finished in the boardroom. The American version season final most likely is live (when BBC Three were airing one of the American seasons last year, the final show was two hours long and made such a big deal out of the whole charade it took a whole hour to decide who actually got hired).

I'm not sure if it's a clue but in a recent article about Ruth, it said she'd just moved to Manchester. Shurely the winner will live in London and hence she hasn't won it? Shame, she's one of my faves.

Poor Done. He really had just given up, couldn't even be bothered to try to BS that much to cover the skills he doesn't really seem to have.

On an alternative note, is anybody else feeling that this whole series is turning into a bit too much of a comedy? I mean, I'm loving it still, especially Syed doing something ridiculous, without fail, every week (Nicholas? Nicholas?) and all the extra input Margaret and Nick have (in terms of quips and criticisms, rather then just floating in the background silently), but it's getting a bit OTT to spend fifteen minutes bashing Syed in every board meeting and seeing who can throw the most insults and one-liners at him.

Although, his time really is nigh, you could see Sir Alan struggling this week, fire the git/liar, or fire the one who really gave up.

Was there not something in a listings mag (I assume next week's RT) that the voice over artist on The Apprentice was sick and no preview tapes of next week (cruise ship) were available. It would suggest that the episodes whilst filmed are maybe only edited at the last minute into their final package.

Voice over man must be better, as ou can hear him on the clips for next week's ep. on the bbctwo website.

That could be the case, although if he wasn't well, then they'd probably just have put it in and taken one of his previous V/Os saying "On next weeks show"

My feeling would be that it's edited at the last minute, possibly a week before. That way little people know what's happening as the minute it starts to enter an edit suite, then it falls into the hands of more and more people who could leak such information where if it's kept to the last minute, then it's left to the crew who shot it and the teams themselves.

I thought this weeks show was a wee bit of an anti climax the minute you saw who was the losing team as from then you knew who was going. But the BS from Sayeed was quite amusing and Margarets little quip about a man following him with a shovel and bucket!

Seriously though, I did do it on purpose, after Sir Alan made the quip "Tuan(Done) is done"

My god I'm like a damp rag after watching tonight.

So, Sayeed has gone, but not before Ruth was dangled from the precipice.

After weeks of screaming obscenities at the screen everytime Sayed was on - I'm almost sad he's gone, in fact I ALMOST felt sorry for him tonight.

Almost. Wink

Me too. I just clapped at his entrance on "You're Fired".

I don't know what's wrong with me.
