I can't stand Syed...he doesn't half get on my nerves. Its unbelievable how up himself he is, thinks he is better than everyone else and talks a pile of crap half the time! I think that Sharon shouldn't have gone last night though she was inevitably going to go at some point. I'm going for Ruth and Paul to be the final two. Hopefully it will be farewell Syed next week. I have to say The Apprentice this year has not had lots of people were you go "wow, they're good" (with the exception of Ruth and Paul). What have Tuan, Michelle, Ansell ever really contributed to?

Its a shame Sayeed has such a pretty face, as I'd really like to smack it.

The Sun carried a story about Ruth yesterday:

"Ruth tells Hubby - You're fired!"

Apparently she has left her husband of 4 years and come out as a lesbian. No doubt she has been receiving letters from women since her appearance on the programme.

Neither her husband nor the programme were available for comment...

Fair point, sorry. I've edited the messages for the benefit of anyone who didn't read it. Still, don't look to see which direction Sir Alan points in on next week's preview!

But that bit was taken from the end You're fired sequance. Way after the boys v Girls bit has been resolved.

I think they sometimes flip the shot so you can't work it out...

He reminds me of someone you'd see in a Currys / PC World who would tell you the computer would wipe your backside, then when you try at home, you complain and he said he never sold it in the first place.

Yes, I swear he was in one of he PC World adverts previously ... the face looks familiar.

Mind you - the shelf selling was hilarious. The trader's quote "Without being rude to the lady) ... it's bent metal.". Absolutely priceless. Well, the truth hurts and all that ... Laughing

I know the guy in the ads your talking about! LOL. I personally thought the concrete light was a bit stupid!

I can't remember how much they said the lights retailed at... was it £70-something?! If anyone wants me to stick a halogen bulb in a concrete block and pay me that, I'll take orders...

I'll wait for pretty boy Sayeed to come round and sell me them.

On his previous form he will tell me I'm guaranteed to sell them on for twice the price in a couple of years!

I think they were £83 each. Concerning Sayeed, I, like peterrocket, suspect he is being kept on because he makes 'good telly' by irritating everyone.

£83.

I want to know why they chose those boring lights and not that fancy looking banana chair type thing. Would have been fun to see Syed try and flog that to somebody.

What's easier to carry around London - a six foot banana bean-bag or some lights you can stick in a shoe-box? Though personally, I would have bought the banana.

They've actually used the same "your fired" twice. And even then, looking with the camera straight on at Sir Alan, he points to the right and the person fired is the one furthest on the left when your looking at the candidates, so they don't sit in the middle of the opposite side. I originally thought the same, but the shot never reveals anything.

I'm more impressed at the fact the thing was filmed way back last year and it's still been kept quiet what's happening, but have all the shows been filmed. I know the final reveal is kept to a live show, but the final task between the two finalists, has that already happened?

If anyone from NI is reading this, take a peek at your local Maxol station and see what this months offer when you buy fuel is...

A extra bright halogen-esque light in stone. And the price? Under a tenner. How ironic but good timing!

Predictions for who will get fired this week, users on TVF...? I'm thinking perhaps Syed or Tuan. But then again it depends on who wins/looses and who has performed well/badly, after all it varies each week.
