Apparantly, Carlton (Central region) is to be re-branded as Central again when the new idents for itv1 appear!! Looks like the old ITV Regions are making a come back
Without wanting to be a kill joy, Westcountry was supposed to be rebranded back; last August, as was Central. It never happened though.
Don't get your hopes up about rebranding back to Central and Westcountry. Last time one of these rumours was out there was even a date circulating, it was the 11th I think. Everyone watched on the 11th - nothing happened.

I do wish they would go back the central cake idents. I quite liked the last cake ones. The halfway Central in carlton font was awfull, too 2 dimetional. I prefer the current ones to thoes.
