No 24-hour TV presentingthon this year but Phil Schofield is set to appear in every ITV show on Tuesday from 6am to 10pm wearing a Christmas jumper. Not sure if he'll sneak into every regional news show as well.

On the day itself ITV doing a great job of getting their shows involved with specials of every daytime show, with special editions of Jeremy Kyle and Judge Rinder plus celebrity edition of 1000 Heartbeats, Tipping Point and The Chase.

Looks like they've streamlined the number of charities they're supporting though by cutting it to three - MacMillan, Make a Wish and Save the Children.

Don't think I will bother with it this year, Save The Children is donating to another country.

I expect they will do a pre recorded regional link up on the regional news, where he answers all the questions generically.

I'm wondering how he will turn up on The Chase or Tipping Point.

I wonder if he will appear on the You've Been Framed repeat?!

It would be brilliant if when they first revealed which chaser is it, Phil walked out and sat down Very Happy

I'm not saying he stayed, just there for the walk on, then the real chaser comes in and kicks him out Very Happy

Not sure about Tipping Point, maybe as a contestant, or filling in for Ben?

Guessing he will be a guest on Loose Women, or will he be a loose woman himself and be on the panel?

How will he appear on Judge Rinder? Maybe he could fill in for the woman that presents evidence to Rinder Very Happy

I wonder how he will appear in Emmerdale? Will they have him on as a silent extra in the pub or cafe etc, or will he play himself or something?

I get the impression it will be very much a day of "Where's Wally" where his appearances may not be that obvious, although that would be tricky on shows like The Chase who have nobody but the contestants, host and Chaser in view. Agree though would be brilliant if they had him walk on - I'm surprised actually they've not spun it around like that. Would be brilliant to have a team of Chasers take on Joey Essex for a Text Santa special, with the questions obviously favouring Joey's knowledge - or lack of!

maybe on the Chase, the wide shot where the chaser walks on when after the first contestants reaction they have a wide shot and that's Phil then back to the contestant (sneaking a second on air)

If Joey Essex was a chaser all four contestants would have no problem winning the higher offer!

Unless all the questions were about counting because he's sick at counting. Laughing

Are the specials today or on text Santa day?

The sky listing suggests today's episode of the chase is just a normal episode, so maybe on the day (that's the usual thing anyway)

Phillip off of This Morning again today as doing the Pip Knit.
