Text Santa - 2012

Well another year has nearly gone by, and ITV charity appeal show is back. Text Santa will air with all of last years hosts, with new addition Paddy McGuinness to make the show even better than before! I enjoyed last years, are you looking forward to this years?

I never watched it. I'm sure I won't bother this year either.

Text Santa is on air Tonight,at 8pm. On ITV 1

It looks like they're making the most of it this year, as it's been DOG'ed on Jeremy Kyle, This Morning and it got mentioned a lot during Lorraine.

It does have the distinction of giving CITV their first live programme since 2006 (this afternoon at 4pm).

It looks like a lot more effort has been made with this years appeal. Judging by the trailers, it looks like many specials have been created, and it's more of a vein of comic relief & children in need, rather than last year that was like a watered down Saturday night takeaway.

This morning had a brief peak into the studio, it doesn't look like its the same as last year, maybe more of a performance area.

I did catch sight of some of the guests on Jeremy Kyle wearing Text Santa hats, while looking as miserable as usual.

They've got some quite fetching sweaters available too.

Well, I am watching it this year. Take that, past me.

Lorraine studio being used for the 'backstage' element, sofa moved to the right and a red sofa placed on the right and the desk is lit blue, looks good!

For the online live backstage stream, they are using the Daybreak studio with Lorraine's sofa and the Daybreak sofa both pulled together.

On a side note, the online stream is labelled as ITV5
