Test Card J - Apperently seen?

I've heard some people discussing on youtube and from word of mouth that Test Card J was shown on the 24th of April 2007.

Can anyone back this up? It was also written on wikipedia but it has now changed and i know no one belives some of the bullsh*te on it. :

Not sure what time or what channel it was shown.

Any Help?!

Surely there was something more interesting on the telly that night?
