ITV has given a great variety of idents this year to keep us entertained, probably more than any other channel.

As well as the ITV1 standards there was also the launch of ITV Day, the fortnight of ITV50 branding and of course this year's Christmas presentation.

Then there was also all the special one off idents they've done, good ones such as the Killer Katy and Hell's Kitchen idents, and ones that were less well made, such as the Celebrity Wrestling idents. Then there was the Champions League ones and the I'm a Celebrity ones. Probably some I've left out as well. Lets hope this variety continues in the Red Bee era.

It's been a quiet year for BBC1 & BBC2 with no new idents or presentation since early January until this Christmas??. Over on Channel 4 as well as their own new look there was also the new look to T4. I don't watch it, but nothing much to report on Five either in 2005?

I'd agree with that, apart from the "to keep us entertained" bit...

What, can you tell me, is entertaining about CG bugs or the cast of Coronation Street looking miserable? Rolling Eyes Perhaps you've been watching ITV so long, you've forgotten what 'entertainment' is!
