Depends how you define merchandise/souvenirs.. I do have the EastEnders and Neighbours board games that were released back in the late 80s. Picked them up at a Boot Fair years ago. Of course, I was a young TV anorak back then (obviously I'm not like that now.. *ahem*)
I have a Children in Need 1985 mug, Casualty: Behind the Scenes book from 1997 as well still in good nick, as well has a Heartbeat keyring and police whistle from Goathland. Also, not so much merchandise, but a whole stack of Inside Soap magazines from 1997 to 2001 and the Children In Need 1996 Smell-O-Vision booklet - I really must have a clearout!

Here's a few of mine
95.8 Capital FM keyring (circia 1997)
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v686/Johnny1989/TVRadio-CapitalFMKeyring.png
Not TV but still related in a sense, from the days when Capital FM was still good (Tarrant, Penk, Moyles, Long, Jensen, Sharp, oh those were the days). Used to have this on my keyring for a year or so, so slightly worn
ITV Sport Badge (Circia 1994)
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v686/Johnny1989/TVRadio-ITVSport1994.png
Never worn apparently issued for use by the ITV Sport team during the USA World Cup 94.
Thames Television Badge (Circia early-mid 80's)
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v686/Johnny1989/TVRadio-ThamesTelevision.png
This is my personal fave, anyone know what they were used for?
Also have a "21 Years Of Thames" book, complete with original letter, the book is slightly damaged however. Has a pre "Thames XXI" logo which I put up on MHP's Private Parts ages ago.
Not sure if any of the above is rare or not?

Just to be pedantic, Children In Need Smell-O-Vision booklet was from 1995, not 1996.
I have a Children In Need T-shirt from every year 1997 to 2007 inclusive, and Children In Need sweatshirts from certain years 1997 to 2002.

Back in late 1989, someone gave me a yellow "Move It" sweatshirt, I then had it for several years, but that's long, long gone now. Do you remember the programme "Move It"? It was on BBC One.
I've got three Children In Need mugs (one from 1991, two from 1997).
I've a tendency to hoard old TV mags, e.g. TV Choice, I've got quite a fair few (either complete or programme pages only) kicking about from the last few years. Although I'm gradually ditching them, I want to keep Xmas Radio Times from past years, as well as certain other "commemorative" issues, e.g. the issue of Radio Times which marked BBC2's 40th birthday in 2004.
Remember the IBA annuals "Television And Radio <year>"? I've got years 1983 to 1988 inclusive. Does that count?
As for books to accompany TV series, I've got:
The Complete Eurovision Song Contest Companion 1999
The Eurovision Song Contest 50 Years The Official History - John Kennedy O'Connor
Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? ( I bought it circa 1998/99)
Stars In Their Eyes (Xmas present late 90s/early 00s)
Space (BBC) (past Xmas gift)
Blue Planet (BBC) (past Xmas gift)
Wild Weather (BBC) (past Xmas gift)
Strictly Come Dancing - The Official 2008 Annual (bought it myself this January)
CDs:
Abba Mania (released following the ITV programme, I bought this)
Abba Mania 2 (ditto above)
Hit Me Baby One More Time (ditto above)
Fame Academy (past Xmas gift)
Ultimate TV Themes (CRIMCD186) (I bought it about 6 years ago)
TV Commercial Break (EMI) (I bought it about 6 years ago)
This Is Eurovision (a collection CD I bought about 10 years ago)
Eurovision Song Contest Official CD 2001, 2002, 2003, 2005, 2006, 2007
Videos:
Eurovision Song Contest Official DVD 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007
DVD games
Bullseye
Family Fortunes
Sale Of The Century
Acorn Electron games on tape which I once had and now LONG gone:
Blockbusters (Macsen Software)
Blockbusters Gold Run (Macsen Software)
Bullseye (Macsen Software)

I've got a very early signed autograph of Eammon Holmes in his GMTV days. In 1999 I managed to get a BBC Radio Five Live pen in purple and yellow but it broke after a couple of months. I also bought a Bendy Bully when Granada Ventures were selling them a couple of years ago, otherwise not much else.
And a Guide to the Granada Studios Tour too.

Oh, I just had a feeling thats all.
I don't think I do remember "Move It". The name doesn't ring a bell. If it isn't too much effort, could you have a look through any photo albums you or members of your family may have and then post a small selection of photos of you wearing the yellow "Move It" sweatshirt here? Thanks.
