Television Mistakes

Hi, this is the thread for any TV mistakes you may see. Feel free to post any time you see a mistake. Here is my one I saw today (26 nov):
The adverts after Today's CiTV came on too late leaving a blank screen for ages, then during the middle of an advert it cut to the itv1 ident (ant and dec). Why did the ads come on late?

Please would you stop creating a new thread everytime there is a mistake on tv. Try and keep one thread designated to any mistakes.

Hi Love TV, I also noticed what happened today after Citv, I also noticed that the Ant and Dec ident seemed to run quicker than normal, ignore everyone's else comments, miserable arse holes

For god's sake, STOP MOANING! I noticed a mistake today! On CBBC on Two they had Tom & Jerry Kids and in the middle of the programme came up a caption saying there was a Temporary Fault even though there wasn't! ??? :

Did anyone else see the mistakes on channel 4 this morning?

I was watching RI:SE (yes I KNOW I'm sad but it's a cool wee programme) and each ad break was totally messed up!

Either the last or second last advert in each break would freeze on the last frame and stay there between 30 seconds and 2 minutues (at least one stayed there for about 2 mins)!! Hmmmm....do you think that they have a new member of staff that doesn't know that the ads are finished? Doh!

Did anyone else see this?

Just watching Nation277, someone's left the mics open over the filler material between programmes

A week ago saturday, just before the rugby world cup, we switche don to channel four.
It was transworld sport or something similar.

There was about 8 people discussing the rugby, and then a sound engineer with a mic on came into shot and said "i hate to interrupt, but we're on air."

The presenter then turned straight to camera and said "well, if you can tear yourself away from the rugby..."
