Another one for the North East crowd ahead of my trip to Darlo in just under a month...

I got my friend's postcode for where he lives in Darlington, and Wolfbane's website says I might be able to pick up an RSL station called Teesside TV - I found a website for the channel, but it doesn't seem to work - does anyone know whether the channel still exists, and if it does what it's like?

Is it one of these RSL stations that relies on most of their schedule being filled by news channels?

I go to Hartlepool quite often and I've certainly never picked up any 'Teesside TV'.

Apparently there is an RSL for Stockton, Middlesbrough & Redcar... but I've never seen it. I doubt that if it does exist it can be recieved in Darlington.

From what I can gather, most TV RSLs are rather difficult to pick up, even if you live within their transmission area. This is because the transmitter invariably is at a different location to where everyone's aerial is pointing. Very often the best people get is a grainy, fuzzy picture. I can't help wondering why any of them bother.
