T4 is essentially "The Best of E4" fronted by some of the most unlikeable, arrogant presenters ever seen on television.

Ditto. Although I think Dermot O'Leary has been the only ex T4 presenter who has become likeable. The rest of them haven't shaken off the 'Camden cool' tag.

Someone tweeted earlier along the lines of "T4 died years ago. Margherita Taylor is now on Classic FM and June Sarpong is driving the number 43 bus."

Good to hear that Sarpong has sobered up since her days on T4.

Agreed T4 of it's time. And that was some years ago. The brand as someone put it has not been strong for years and so was doing more damage in ratings (which let's face it, is what matters). Hollyoaks Omnibus was what the rest of the strand was connected around, but that has gone downhill for years now and surely only a matter of time before that is shown the door?

Most of the earlier ones were fine, Ben Shepherd, Margherita Taylor, Steve Jones etc, but Miquita Oliver seemed to start the trend of the annoying type.

You'd hope so, if she's driving a bus. Shocked

Not too surprising though, the guy who played Derek Wilton in Coronation Street is a shopkeeper now.

They won't drop Hollyoaks from Sunday mornings on E4.

T4 though is about the last talent pool out their for new presenters - like them or not they've been very good at discovering new male talent over the last 15 years who've gone on to be big name presenters. Strangely though all the women seem to have pretty much vanished from our screens - the most successful I guess being Alexa Chung but that's more in the States.

Over the last few years, they've tended to work through MTV or Radio 1 going to ITV2 or BBC3 and on from there. T4 presenters rarely make it these days.

It does seem that they are getting rid of T4 and moving the T4 content (music and interview) into 1 show. I can't see them changing the content much, especially as Sundays are no longer branding as T4 since Sunday Brunch joined C4 and they are showing the same stuff still. All you will get is a music led show airing first on Friday and being repeated in the T4 slot on Saturday, along with the normal stuff.
