What's everyone's opinion on the censoring here at TV Forum?

I vote for option 4.

I post in other fora and swearing means nothing at all. I don't have a problem with swearing. I swear all of the time, although I do hate people who swear because they think it's 'cool'. Or people who are purposefully loud and will go out of their way to make sure that everyone around them has heard them shout '**** HELL' at the top of their voice.

People who think it's cool to swear are second on my anoying people list. The people at the top are ones who talk in pathetic Americanised accents to try and sound cool.

(NOTE I don't mind American accents coming from americans)

- KHLO - I've always seen filters in action around the forum Asa might of tuned them off after the 'Skyscraper' incident.

That's because I post using telepathy, a far advanced form of communication compared to the rubbish you humans are currently using.

But just to add to my earlier post, it really is Asa's decision whether to enforce rules about swearing or not.

Well personally, I think swearing is unnecessary. I would much rather say a word like 'fudge' or 'fiddlesticks' than swear to highlight my anger. I rarely swear, as you've probably guessed in the 6 months I've been on the forum! The odd 'bloody' here and there isn't too bad, but nothing else!

Sorry some of you will probably have a go at me, buts it my opinion!

#Moderation Mode

I'm not being picky, but this is better in the Lounge.

Huh? Isn't there a filter anymore?

I was always brought up to believe that people who swear have a very limited vocabulary and tend to be a bit thick. I'm not saying that you are C@T, but thats just what I was led to believe.

I only swear in extreme cases - in fact I rarely get angry or have the need to swear! Very Happy
