BBC Two just used the wrong sting there into the Superbowl. They used their Olympic broadcaster sting. Whoops!

Can't believe they're actually there this year.

Isn't it normally on BBC One though?

I don't think that was an oops, the BBC are still the Olympic broadcaster for quite a while yet.

Surprised too to see them there, maybe the budget not quite so squeezed this year. The switch could be because of MOTD moving to One and therefore only on Two could they have got the full half hour before kickoff?

But then why don't they use it for all sport? I could understand if American Football was a sport folk associated with the Olympics.

That's the first time they've been there in about 4 years I reckon. I remember Jake Humphrey presenting from there 4 or 5 years ago. I think presenting it from the stadium really does add to the coverage in the case of American Football.

Yeah I think you are right with that timescale.

That is their generic Logo.

Especially if they're in a stadium which hosts a proper sport. Very Happy

Talking of which great first weekend for the Six Nations (bar the first 40 minutes or so!). Long may it remain on the BBC - don't like how Sky are sniffing around rugby at the moment.

Just saw a BBC graphic saying 'UK TIME 12:36 pm'

Someone set the clock wrong?

Elements of the HT show using Filmic techniques, dire.

Looks like the Super Bowl has gone to an emergency VT. Looks like a possible power cut at the stadium - commentary is dead too.

Now this is interesting. Smile

BBC showing the CBS studio coverage at the moment - presumably the BBC's studio is in the wrong half of the stadium.
