Yes, and Adrian is missing Friday's Daybreak to do it. Given the format has been knocking around for ages, both at the Beeb and ITV, you'd think it would be more than the most generic format you'd ever seen. As well as replicating Howard and Skinner's show, it's also mostly the same format as What's The Problem, the diabolical Anne Robinson comedy show from a few years back, and The Bigger Picture, Graham Norton's first BBC vehicle.
In fact, Opinionated is in the original slot that this programme was meant to be in. It was originally The Ten Show and was meant to be on Friday's at 10pm. His commitments to The Ten Show (as well as MOTD2) was what caused the BBC to get a new presenter for Fridays on The One Show.
Apparently That Sunday Night Show is recorded on Friday nights

From what I hear - similar-ish, but not identical. BBC version a bit newsier, and a bit less rushed without the ad breaks to squeeze in. (Think the panel / celeb count may have been different - but I didn't see the BBC pilot, though know others than worked on it)

Do we know if The Ten Show was the same format? It seemed more newsy from the descriptions beforehand.

I'm assuming that The Ten Show was an Avalon production too?
