So what's everyones thought on it?

I think it's pretty good.

I was hoping that it would be good, a lot of the time when there's lots of promo's for it and there's a big build up it turns out to be crap.

Also used all the ad's on DOI it seems - all promo's.

I missed the first ten minutes but I'm enjoying this so far, Adrian Chiles seems far more relaxed on this, plus its different for a Sunday night.

It's not as bad as I thought it would be, actually - it's a decent-enough bit of light entertainment for a Sunday evening.

I thought it was terrible but then I have an issue with Adrian Chiles. It just seems like another one of those ITV programmes "trying" to be funny like the awful Trevor McDonald thing a few years back.

I have to agree, the format wasn't too dissimilar to things like Russell Howard's Good News, but it just lacked any charisma and humour from Chiles really.

Thoroughly enjoyed the show. Great humour on the stories of the week. I think, and hope, this will be successful. It will also be really varied by having different guests on the panel each week. Look forward to next week!

Well to be fair if you don't like AC it's unlikely that you would have ever liked it. News Night with Sir Trevor, I will agree though was pretty rubbish - but to be honest that's only because Trevor isn't really suited to comedy.
Wheras AC has always had a good sense of humour, albeit a dry sense of humour.

Funilly enough Avalon ( who make this ) also make Russell Howard's Good News.

I only saw the trailer, but it looked good to me, will watch it next week to judge it better.

I only caught the end of it, what a waste of Michael Palin! He's great as a guest on such shows but to have him on for only a few minutes was a bit of a missed opportunity

I enjoyed the programme, I am a Chiles fan so naturally I enjoy his dry sense of humor! I am not a big fan of Al Murray but I coped with him and it looks good does this show in the coming weeks! Smile

I think even non-Chiles fans would like the programme due ot the guests each week. hating a programme through Chiles bashing is a bit of a non-viewpoint IMO.

Funilly enough Avalon ( who make this ) also make Russell Howard's Good News.

And Frank Skinner's Opinionated which is also similar (Avalon are also Adrian/Frank/Russell's agents of course*)

In fact, Opinionated is in the original slot that this programme was meant to be in. It was originally The Ten Show and was meant to be on Friday's at 10pm. His commitments to The Ten Show (as well as MOTD2) was what caused the BBC to get a new presenter for Fridays on The One Show.

Apparently That Sunday Night Show is recorded on Friday nights

*and Al Murray, Avalon tend to keep things in-house!
