Isn't all the "local" news though played out nationally, so although Dundee for example might get a couple of updates a day they also get the updates for Aberdeen and Glasgow.

There is a big scheduling changing happening next week, I can't find any details of what yet.
Peter & Roughie's Football Show moves to the vacated afternoon slot.
Is that made for STV2 exclusively now or is it still on radio. Can't see it lasting long at 5pm.
It hasn't been broadcast on radio in year, ( blame heart for that) It did very in the early time slot. ( it got killed off because it didn't fit in with heart format) ( yes I know it went to Central fm aswell for a short spell)

Actually it was the 1991 Broadcasting Act.
The act itself didn't kill it off, and hasn't completely killed it off. What is killing it is the attitude that seems to prevalent in the industry of doing the minimum requirement to maintain the licence, treating the station basically as a box ticking exercise, trying to make it as appealing to advertisers as possible, rather than providing a service that the listeners not just enjoy, but actually value, and letting that attract the advertisers in, cos they would flock to it likes moths to a flame.

Don't look at Heart Scotland its worse than Scot fm listenership and that was bad.
