Has anybody else noticed the ident music being dipped so low it can hardly be heard when the CA is talking? I emailed STV about this and apparently there's been complaints of announcers not being heard.
Quite surprised STV have managed to be heard until recently, as well as the multitude of other broadcasters managing to be heard. Me thinks they have an issue with either the technical equipment not being up to standard, or all these new CAs aren't speaking loud enough.

Is it HD or SD? mind you I just noticed this just now, It seems live CA is used at 6pm used to be record.
Rachael who is well place in this sort of thing, also has the muisc being dipped rather low, So there could be truth the emails.
It's in every single junction, night or day. STV confirmed by email they've reduced the volume, although they made out it's marginal, but I can barely hear it. I'm watching on HD
Just seen the SPRING ident, First time there have used it since the rebrand in June 2014. As usual there is three variation, ( Isn't this the first day of spring? )
STV Glasgow now showing the full version of most of the idents, up until about 2 months ago, they were all edited for some reason.
Also noticed British Gas homecare ad on this channel, surely it should be Scottish Gas?
I remember I saw alot of full idents but only at certain junctions, the same also applies to STV main channel, Remember all idents have 3 versions, Long, medium and short.
I know, but on local channel it nearly always seemed to be short or medium as the same announcements are played due to them being recorded and not live. Now they are showing the long versions. Makes sense as they wont have the same time constraints as STV due to network programming and live shows etc.
