STV Main Thread:

STV have updated its BGT ident for 2015.

Seems there are three verisons.

STV keeps on saying the Delivery man is on at 9pm since last week. Even the promo just now has it at 9pm.

What has been going on with STV over the past few days? They always seem to be a second or two late of opting out of Network and looks quite poor actually...

It was mentioned on the last page as well. It looks really sloppy, especially when STV have different programme sponsors to ITV. It seems to be happening every day. I wonder if there has been some sort of technical change affecting STV playout?

I would like to know why STV is only getting dirty feeds now, and what has happened to the clean feed?

Ever since I moved up to STV land full time 4 and a half years ago i've always noticed the feeds being 'dirty'. Always noticable at continuity announcements over closing titles etc.

It used to be clean,.I dare.say that dispute back 09 put an end to that.

I emailed STV about it last week cause it's really starting to bug me. They've passed it on to the tech team. I'm surprised they don't know about it though.

You'd think ITV would be required to provide a clean feed as part of the network agreement.

Does TV3 get a clean feed?

It only started recently, so I think STV have done something rather than ITV. As the ITV ecp is not on the end credits in Scotland, and the ITV dog is not on screen, does that not mean it's a clean feed?
