The CA at the 2pm junction was Donald Pirie, who's been with STV for nearly 9 years (according to his Twitter page). All daytime announcements are recorded the night before, so I can't see it being anyone other than him, as he was on duty last night.

Are STV getting Dirty feeds again from ITV? what happened to the clean ones? See pic:
I've always noticed on STV when a programme finishes about 2-3 secs into the closing credits you get this half sec annoying 'jump' of music/video which appears to be switching to a clean titles for STV to put their stuff over.f.

If this was the case surely they'd just always use the clean feed? I don't understand why they'd have a clean set of end credits but nothing else?

Especial when it comes to different programme sponsors as well. Maybe someone sent the wrong feed down the line?

More likely to be the effect of routing the programme through the DVE that is going to perform the credit squeeze. The BBC used to have a similar glitch for the same reason for a long time.

The jump only started a couple of months ago, after the rebrand. At that time there were a lot of complaints of a crackling noise that happened when the CA spoke over the credits and continued until the programme ended. I know STV were aware of this, so I dont know if the fix they made has caused this 'jump'.
