STV - 23 March revamp

That ECP is awful. Although the design of it looks easy on the eye, the fact that they've taken a major step back by reducing the credits to a small box is ridiculous.

Had a proper watch of some of STV's presentation last night, and I have to agree with all the comments about the idents which look wonderful.

But yes, that ECP makes the credits totally undreadable - not just hard to read as many ECPs do, but totally illegible - at least on DSat. It might be a bit better on DTT with its higher resolution, but I doubt much.

to point out: The logo has not changed! so teh BIG blue S is still hanging outside STV offices

Does the ECP stay on during the whole entire duration of the credits? Probably not, so it's not that big of an issue.

From what I've seen, it goes full screen again right before the endcap.

Except, of course, for those whose credit is broadcast at the time the ECP is on. And those who want to read it.
