I can't wait to see what they've got lined up the following Sunday, The Krankies Christmas Special 1980 perhaps ?

The STV website has more info on this 'Scotland at the Movies' season -
http://beta-programmes.stv.tv/scotland-at-the-movies/

Gregory's Girl (1981) on STV 29th March
Comfort & Joy (1984) on STV 12th April
Heavenly Pursuits (1986) on STV 19th April
Whisky Galore (1949) on STV 26th April

I'd be surprised if the ones towards the back end of April are in peak - Lewis will be finished by then...?

With the English football I can understand stv opting out of the live programme, but it wouldn't do any harm to screen the late night highlights programme for those in Scotland who want to watch it would it? Surely better than a repeat of Real Crime?

I have seen some comments about stv not replacing football with anything special. Isn't the problem that football isn't weekly so scheduling anything other than a one-off special in the football slot would be very hard? Either have to axe/move another programme in non-football weeks, or have large gaps between episodes

What a good reason to change a logo. The BBC and Sky should also rebrand.

I think the new idents, logo, break bumpers, etc. are the best STV have ever had and are far superior to those of ITV.
