it looks like the smaller studio previously used by this morning, (where they did their guest interviews) the view is certainly simlar

Yes, the London Studios (LWT) it's the same view and studio as the old London Tonight used to come from, when it had the London sky line outside.

no it wasn't the London Studios. It looked like some sort of office space just across from the London Assembly building.
