Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think you can get clips from a live stream through StreamboxVCR. You can only download a file stored on a server, such as the videos at TV Home.
It is a live stream, which literally means it's coming straight from the camera and isn't stored anywhere, therefore you can't download it. (The stream could be infinite)
I would've thought it was pretty obvious.

You record clips from a live stream but it will only work if you have enough bandwidth for the stream. If you are trying to record live from a stream meant for cable/ADSL on a 56k modem then your file that is created will be not have a moving picture/audio because not enough data will have been recorded into the file and the picture and audio will not move because it was not received in a timely manner.
It does not seem to work with Windows Media streams sometimes. I have just tried it and it does work, although you will not be able to seek within the file (jump about).
When you play back the clip in WMP7, there is no sound or picture, but it does play. If you use good old WMP 6.4 then there is sound and picture after a few seconds and the file should play, providing that you have used a broadband connection to 'record' it with.
As for downloading clips from TV Home, you can simply download those in the normal way or though a download manager. It's only clips that are streamed via RTSP/PNM and not HTTP that should be downloaded with this software.
