It is reported in The Sun Newspaper and on LBC Radio that he committed Suicide. A note was left indicating that it was because of the breakup of his Marriage.

I think this is a little ghoulish to be on TV Forum, and has no particular relevance to anyone other than friends and family.

Have to agree with you, Gavin. It has nothing to do with television presentation and, as Gavin said, is really a private matter for his family.
