Stephen Cole on BBC News 24

It was nice to see Stephen Cole back reading the news again. Not on BBC World but on BBC News 24 interestingly at 1900 this evening with Louise Minchin!

Has he ever been on N24 before (except for World News at 0930?) - and has he ever been on any BBC One News Bulletins?

He was on BBC News 24 on boxing day morning and has done Weekend 24/Breakfast a couple of times with Sian at Weekends.

Anyway, jolly good to see him back again. He is an excellent newsreader as is Lyse Doucet - they would both be great on N24 or the national bulletins. Both very friendly, outgoing and professional. Lyse's voice would certainly pep-up the current lineup.
