Not a fan, I feel the same about Reith Sans as I do Helvetica. The serif typeface is nicer but that only works for BBC News.
Sky
I like Sky's corporate font, it reminds me of a typeface called Omnes and I've used that in the past for professional projects.
ITV
Very much like ITV's font. It's fresh and friendly and absolutely suits their audience.
Channel 4
Like Channel 4's newest font, it's got personality and it's instantly recognisable.

While (current) Horseferry/Chadwick are nice enough, I really rated Channel 4's (former) C4 Headline typeface (below).
When it came into use, I found it modern, characterful, and a real change from anything used on any other (especially terrestrial) channels.
When you saw it, you were under no illusion which channel you were watching.
I still love it.

I would love to have seen how the BBC could have reimagined Gill Sans.
This is the type of geeky thing I would only ever share with this forum but, for me, the capital R is Gill Sans is a work of art.
The way the bottom bit below the curve stretches further than the curve still sets my geek engine to overdrive.

I have this idea, why not use Gill Sans Nova https://www.monotype.com/fonts/gill-sans-nova it's a font that united continuity, tradition and innovation!
Maybe a new font altogether that leans a bit more towards Gill in terms of inspiration?

There was NO NEED whatsoever to waste time and money to create a brand new font, this was the answer!
