You could just see Ant & Dec hosting this or even possibly Davina MacCall or maybe Dermot O'Leary will assume hosting roles as it would've been him fronting TXF.

I always liked Stars in their Eyes but if they are intending having a panel of judges like the X Factor and BGT that is a bad decision IMO. Have they learnt nothing!

So what did they do in the finals of the first three series then...

Again what I posted was just my own personal opinion.

Something they dropped for the remainder.
Do have to wonder now if ITV can even get this in the can on time given we're potentially looking at months of disruption. I guess casting can be done online at all stages, but what was already a tricky task of filing hours with new content in the autumn for ITV seems seemingly impossible now.
I think its a bad idea to have a panel of judges because they have become so common on shows like XF, BGT, DOI etc - I think they need to stay away from that for this show and there is no need for a panel of judges.

Although bear in mind that if The X Factor was still airing this year, that would be disrupted as well, as they wouldn’t be doing the auditions.

X Factor might have been able to do the room auditions. Bootcamp has happened with no audience multiple times too so X Factor might have been able to push ahead OK.

I don't think they could. X Factor/BGT etc auditions have very large crews, holding rooms full of contestants and anyone they've brought along with them. Even limiting the number of friends and family coming would have been quite a large number of people.
