Hardly "completely different", It's not DS, it's this site's offtopic sister forum , Mr Hanson is about as off topic as they come therefore it certainly comes under our remit.
Maybe so, but as you say your remit is completely different - hence the topics are completely different, the general demeanour of the forum is different - so, in my opinion, Metropol is an entirely different forum to TVF.
