With the use of the Olympic Park this year, it has very much created a clear distinction between Red Nose Day and Sport Relief.


Only the OB bits. The studio bits could have been anywhere and were pretty interchangeable with Comic Relief or Children in Need. Maybe the next one could be 100% OB. Also, have it on Saturday/Sunday early evening/daytime and incorporate the Sport Relief Games Show in to it.


Although - to be fair - this year was 100% OB. It's just that the Copper Box looked so much like a studio it didn't feel like one, even though it was coming from an OB truck parked outside AIUI.

Yup, it was SISlive Unit 2, on its final gig before the company is wound up.

None of the Olympic venues have broadcast connectivity to the outside world, but they do still have fibres to a well-connected building down the road which does...
