Series 7 promos are currently running, looks like a spectacular series, and I should hope so too with less episodes meaning bigger budget per episode!

Starts Monday 27th October 9PM with the second of a two-parter airing on Tuesday. Meaning its only a seven week run.

Ros is making a welcome return from her faked death, but what do people make of this new spook from what they have seen?

I can't wait for this series Armitage (along with Keith Allen), is the only thing that makes Robin Head watchable. I think he'll be a great addition to the show. How many episodes is it this series?

Eight episodes this series, straying away from the usual 10 episodes per series (excluding Series 1 which had just 6 episodes)

It doesn't follow that making fewer episodes increases the budget per episode... It may mean that the BBC decided to reduce costs by reducing the number of episodes they commissioned, whilst still paying the same hourly rate...

Either way, its still a shame theres fewer episodes this series.

The new website has launched with a video teaser, with more content to be added next week.

They have just reviewed the new series on 5Live, all commenting on how fresh it still is. Listen again if you can its very interesting. Peter Firth also joined in, hinting at Ruths return in a possible future series. Surprised

Can't wait for tonight anyway, should be fantastic.

That's another Spooks moment I missed today. I've already missed Richard Armitage on BBC Breakfast and This Morning. Evil or Very Mad

Episode 2 is on BBC Three at 10.30pm tonight, but I'm watching tomorrow as I'm watching Dead Set on E4.

I actually can't believe Adam died in episode 1. I mean I knew he was leaving this series but thought it would be later on, and actually thought he might survive. Shock central! But typical Spooks.
