Spoof Oneness ident

Last night's Only an Excuse? paid homage to the isolation idents...

Didn't expect that... well at least they're mocking them

Not the first time BBC One idents have been mocked/spoofed...



Of course Monty Python used to do similar continuity spoofs with the globe of the time back in the 1960s, and also more recently for Monty Python night on BBC Two in 1999:

Didn't E4 do this as well

There is the E4 variant in the first video I posted. I think it was the same company who did both spoofs if the YouTube description is anything to go by.

It's not the first time Only an Excuse? has parodied Oneness...

This is just an online "spoof"

This has reminded me of this spoof I made, based on the fact they used a still image of the 2002 'Ballet' ident for the Queen Mother's death. I'm afraid to say it still makes me laugh.
