How not to spell 'Apologise'

Its quite obvious they are taking the mick because breakdown is spelled "brakedown".

Were ITV 'taking the mick' with this caption last night?

I refer the honourable gentleman to the answer I gave about twenty hours ago!

Proving it is impossible to spell impossible correctly if you work for ITV.

Or being unable to differentiate between sites and sights if you work for the BBC....

Broadcasters do seem to be getting slack with their spelling. At the weekend, TMF had a DOG promoting 'Dubut Videos'.

They could have gone one step further and put an apostrophe in Videos to make Video's..... an opportunity sadly missed......

This is because the generation of people who post on internet forums in language that is barely legible (and who berate anyone who points out their errors) are now old enough to get real jobs.

To those of you who say it's not important and that it doesn't matter - I promise it is, and it WILL affect your career.

Eugh! I really hate that too.
