I think BBC North do their Headlines at 1,6,10 live
Peter Levy and Ian White occasionally talk a bit too long
And Ian White introduces himself on days when there isn't a regional annoucement for some reason.

Also Peter Levy only finishes his Radio show at 12.30pm!

That's poo .... sorry. Most regions actually do the 1800 and 1815 heads live, and then the headline sequence of the main programme is pre-recorded at 1820ish (or they do at Points West for one, and I know quite a few others do too)


South Today, as Nicky said, record the opening for Oxford, then it gets played out from the pres studio ...
