What a fiasco!

When they moved to the soft set, it sounded like they were using a mic located still on the desk.

Christa and Harry and Paul could hardly be heard, and sounded like they were in a cave

Then when the 'coming up on Look North' bit came on, the pictures drowned out the presenters.

The sting was drowned out by the sound that accompanied the 'coming up' film, and continued beyond, back in the studio bit!

Christa could be heard during the following report!

They couldn't stop laughing, especially when there was an unusual crashing noise, probably coming from elsewhere in the studio!

God, that was quick! It only happened a minute ago!

The weather mic seems okay... still very very bad problems and now caption up apologising for the sound.

You know when people are in the newsrooms and speaking and their microphones are not working properly, well that's it. You can hear them but also the echoing and noise at the sides aswell.

And now they've given up, and gone back to the desk!

'You know those two people sat in front of a christmas tree, who looked like us, but you couldn't hear them, that wasn't us...!'

Very bizarre!

Maybe the sound editor's already high on Festive Spirit!

Forgivable, for the time of year!

Maybe they'd all been to the pub for a Christmas lunch - hence why Charlotte Doney was also doing the 3.25pm bulletin of Look North?!

very funny news!
The crash was a man (don't know who) dropping a glass, and it smashed! Christa was peeing herself during the video report, i imagine. They were both dying to laugh! And Paul during the weather was laughing!

Now, that's showbusiness!

all i can imagin is Christa sat there thinking, 'god i wish i was at Calendar'!!!!!
