SM:tv LIVE reunion

Looks like we are finally getting that Smtv live reunion we where promised on Saturday night takeaway a couple of years back https://www.google.co.uk/amp/s/www.radiotimes.com/news/tv/2020-01-29/ant-and-dec-smtv-live-return/amp/

I like the idea of these reunions but a problem with SMTV Live is that Pokemon was a big part of it. And I don't see ITV giving 20 minutes of airtime to that on a saturday night.

Then again it is still a big thing, which surprised me.

Maybe they will somehow get the rights to Pokemon back for the show or they will Keep it cartoon free

Was it? I don't think I've ever seen an episode of it even though we used to have SMTV on most weekends.

Of course they won’t feature cartoons or sitcoms within any reunion show!

What would be great is instead of just a reunion show, it was back on Saturday Morning ITV / CITV again even if it was after their filming commitments for BGT and SNT. At 29 years old watching back the clips on YouTube, it's still funny.

Weren’t the initial rumours for the 20th anniversary that they wanted to do the special on a Saturday morning rather than prime time? I’d expect they’d have to have cartoons in the old two hour block. CITV still airs episodes of Pokémon so that shouldn’t be an issue.

Citv doesn’t air at 9 25 anymore on the main itv channel
