I forgot i had something else to winge about has anyone ever seen the Scotsport Promo with Sarah O .It is is very poor to be fair to her i think the script is far to long for the time allocated but she is just rushing and spewing words out all over the place you can hardly understand what she is saying .It is realy bad this would never have happend in the old days there doesn't seem to be anyone there such as a head of Pres keeping an eye on these things.I realy feel the Bobby hain should have made his mark when he joined SMG he has done nothing to improve the Presentation.
An after thought i wonder if STV will cut jobs when they down size i think we all the know the answer to that one.

I'm no ogre when it comes to spelling and grammar, but you now seem to continually post really poorly with no proof reading or any vague attempt to sort out your structure.
I don't mean to offend you, but it makes your posts a lot harder to read and understand.

I press the MUTE button when that promo comes on.Sarah O is so quiet, i wish she would RAISE HER VOICE (NOT).
And I wish they'd make some sort of effort on the now/next/laters - at the moment they are literally reading out the list of what's on next, without giving us any information about the programmes.
..... and the ECP vanishes BEFORE they finish their BRIEF announcement.To be fair, the announcers are following orders, there just is not the time to do more, but i do take your point.
The Grampian / Scottish promo for Monday starts with This Morning @ 10.30, then Perseverance, Loose Women and Mum’s On Strike, with a voiceover saying, “Brand New DAYTIME, make it part of your day”.
No mention of the court show; perhaps more viewers will tune in if they think Trisha is still on. Therefore, it is a low-key start for The People’s Court.

On SMG they simply read out a list in 10 seconds and leave the rest of the extremely tedious clean feed credits rolling. That's surely an invitation for people to turn over.

I don't see why that would make a difference to the length of the announcement

I followed the advice from another poster on how to manually tune in the other ITV regions.
Being as sad as I am I tuned into both Scottish TV and Grampian TV at 6:00 for the regional news and noticed it was the exact same announcer and she branded the channel.
