Smart Live Casino off air

Currently displaying a blank black screen and no audio on DSAT (Sky 863). The webstream is working though...

It's probably unrelated, but Arise News SD & HD is also off air. Showing a test card and sound test tone.

Are they on the same transponder?

Different transponders. There's a tweet from somebody noticing that Arise is off air dated 11.41 today

Not sure that matters, neither channel is actually off air. Arise News are broadcasting colour bars and Smart Live Casino are broadcasting black.

I've actually been watching the live stream of Smart Live Casino for the last 45 minutes or so. They have apparently moved studio recently, maybe even today. "Still in London but a nicer part of London. Just up the road". Maybe that has something to do with them not broadcasting on DSAT.

This channel is now broadcasting again but at about 18:00 the semi-automated wheel went to cock and the presenter hasn't been on since.

EDIT: The presenter has come back now but the whole channel is in a Windows XP window. We can see that their Windows clock is 1 hour fast.

It appears that results are taking a long time to register after being spun, and the presenter is trying (and failing) to fill the long waits between results and confirmation.

I have to say, the lack of background music (usually present on competitors) makes the gaps even more painful.

Googling and Wikipedia tells me SLC should be on Freesat channel 852, but it's not in my EPG. Anyone else got it?

My only suggestion is maybe they're having technical difficulties since their studio move. I don't have Sky myself but that's the only thing I can think of. :s

That could also be down the technical difficulties. Give it a few days or go onto their website and contact them if you can.

In other words, you haven't got a clue but are desperate to be accepted so are hoping you can come up with something that other people will hook onto.

Every post you make increases my feelings that you're more suited to Digital Spy than TV Forum.

I'm only stating the obvious. There is no point coming on the forum and having a go at me for no reason.
