Channel One has closed on Freeview, cut off in the middle of a trailer. It is showing its "Back tomorrow / Programmes start at 9am" data screen.
The slide on Living HD now has some of the old EPG background music accompanying it, and the DOG has gone.
Living's SD channels and Challenge on Sky are now showing the "FOR YOUR INFORMATION / No satellite signal is being received" banner so I'm guessing my box's EPG has updated to the new transponder which isn't active yet.
MTV Shows briefly had no DOG.

I've just been looking at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_channels_on_Sky#cite_ref-1_Feb_reshuffle2_11-0
which mentions Sky Arts channels and MTV moving into the Variety pack today, and MTVN HD moving to 358 (presumably all the MTV channels are shuffling down one position).

Living channels in SD are now on air with captions, DOGs appearing briefly then disappearing again (not the new ones).

Notice the white dots in the bottom right corners. There is also on Living HD now too.

I'm seeing channels in their new places, albeit the SD versions where HD should be, Living channels still under their old names, and no Sky Atlantic yet.
Channel One has been moved temporarily to 223, +1 on 224.
Living and Challenge are DOG-less and showing Guinness World Records Smashed instead of what the EPG says they should be (Charmed and Defectors).
MTV channels in the music section have shuffled up one, with Music on 350 and MTVN HD on 358 as advertised.
edit: 5am Living and Challenge back to scheduled programmes.

Sky Movies Percy Jackson trailer
2 adverts, 3 PIFs
Ident without voiceover
Sky1 Hawaii 5-O trailer

Sky Living Loves has a new placeholder.
Sky Arts 1 and 2 in Variety Pack as of 6am (I can now see them) - both DOG-less.
