I assume that someone spoofs it like "children breaks glass window while playing some balls".
I
love
that smashing of the glass effect, it's so well done and the possibility of alternative versions is almost endless.

A pub nearby has just changed one of it's banners with: SKY SPORTS SHOWN HERE (Includes old logo) on it to the current Sky Sports logo (New logo).
Also, the LIVE Dog on Sky1 looks horrible. When Got to Dance was on Live last night, there was a horrible DOG which looked so out of place under the Sky1 logo.

My impression from watching it is that they used the wrong DOG, clearly being the original version that goes off the side of the screen. I'm sure I've seen one since with the Sky1 logo in the revised position and 'LIVE' centred under it.

They seem to be using "HD" a lot more on promos. Sky Sports are doing the same - promoting the HD channel first and then the SD one, which is the opposite to before the rebrand. The Heineken Cup title sequence now has "sky SPORTS HD" instead of "SKY SPORTS" on it, also.
But why does Sky Sports News use its old logo (and non-animating DOG) overnight?

Is Sky 1 now known as Sky 1 HD?

Turns out Sky Movies is to be freshened up YET AGAIN with the controversial "Screens" being rebranded to "Showcase" in the style of the Christmas channel, such as box sets and special weekends etc.
It's a nice idea, but talk about an identity crisis...

Can't help but wonder why Sky 1 isn't yet sporting the new logo. Surely it'd be the easiest to change over out of all their channels, what with the Sky logo not even appearing in their idents.
