Sky's Branding

I find it very surprising that Sky is reluctant to create more than two regular idents. Surely even the pitch for these idents would have included more than two. It not as if it will break the bank, I'm sure someone in Sky Creative could come up with a dozen different versions in a week or so. Look at Comedy Central, they have very similar basic CGI presentation, but the excellent variety of idents and stings makes up for it.

Please, not THAT long!

I need a GIF with a head banging on the wall. It's your opinion but it's too black and white not grey. Idents aren't good because 'there's not people in them' there's something called concept and execution. If one of those components are weak then the end result will not be great.

I also hate Art College video of people doing random things with a logo slapped on top.

It's not clever, it's cheap.

For my money, this rebranding is as dull and uninspiring as the 1997 rebrand.

I must admit that I've never liked the Sky 2010 font and with this rebrand, they haven't used that in their logos. Unfortunately, they've gone and used something even worse.

It's enough to make you want to kill yourself.

I hate bbc oneness and I hate SKy 2017 rebrand..... which is worse? there only one way to find out...............##

For Sky One it honestly looks like interim branding, which isn’t the thing you want when you’ve thrown a load of money rebranding the channel.
