Sky's Branding

The new acapella singing show starts tonight. Might be worth seeing if anything new appears before the start of the programme.

Sky Creative briefly had a tweet showing the titles of Sing along with the new Sky One logo before it was taken down. Would be a perfect opportunity to launch the new branding tonight.

If it happens, I hope it will not an edit of the promo with a centralized Sky One logo! It would be the first time new presentation launched in the evening (normally happens at 6am) since at least 2008 when I started following these things. Hopefully by Monday new pres will have launched.

Does anyone know if changes to EPG channel names are ever published in advance?

They used to on their forums - but got in trouble though over “announcing” the Setanta change to eir Sport change before eir had a chance to and stopped doing so.

Will anybody be recording before the program starts to see if it changes? If it does, please post it on YT and link it here (similar to how Yandere Gaming did when sky sports changed).

I assume AJ’s post about the launch of the new Sky One branding could mean we’re days away from it.

By "breakout", do you mean this? TV Live just calls it "ident 1".
