I have to say, I think I preferred Gotham. That just doesn't look right at all.

Will reserve judgement until I've seen how it will work on screen though, as often channel logos look awful in still form but then work great on TV (Sky1/2/3 being a good example).

Does anyone know where I could find the new Sky Sports logo in a pdf file...

Sky Movies using the new typography begs the question, will Sky News follow suit and go back to the Sky font for 'NEWS' like the previous red and blue logo from 2001?

Although I have to say I preferred the Gotham Sky Movies logo..

Just saw an advert on ITV1 for Sky in 2010. The SkyInfoText font has been replaced with a new custom font!

the new Sky Sports logo looks rubbish, the movies one looks better though.

Look what I've got...

It's PNG file!

Does it refract the image behind it? Like the new logo, or is it just static?

The refraction is either 3D rendered or applied as the glass logo is used, a PNG file will not refract by itself, and the image is incredibly small...

I don't want to excite anybody, but I've just seen a 2010 Sky Sports promo that uses the CAPITAL letter Sky Sports logo in the endboard....but which uses a font VERY similar to the German Sky Sport logo for the on-screen words ("the ashes" "darts" etc.)
