Sky3 to become Pick TV


Sky’s non-subscription channel Sky3 is set to become Pick TV on the 28th of February 2011

We understand that the mix of programmes on the new channel will remain generally the same, but the Sky name will vanish from the channel as part of a number of channel changes planned by Sky for February.

Pick TV will be free-to-air on the Sky and Virgin platforms, as well as on Freeview and BT Vision.

Yeah, 'Michael' has been in a bit of an attitude lately.

It is obvious Sky were going to do this, due to the fact the new Sky3 ident consists of a recoloured break bumper and music from the last package. The question is, why didn't they do this when everything else relaunched?

And I have no attitude problems; although I will defend myself at being called Jim Davidson, and I will also point out when idiots like SatGold (he who thought Five had stole Living's V, he who thinks popular programmes should "clear off the schedule", he who thinks the WaybackMachine is some kind of undiscovered treasure, and he who complains about Virgin cutting him off when he doesn't pay his bill) clutter this forum with their dross, I will point it out with whatever vigour I feel necessary. It's not as if he's a fake invention like Tumble Tower. Digital Spy is the home for endless meaningless threads... TVF was supposed to have some standards.

Sorry, it's just I've come across people who use first names as their username and it turns out they actually have a different name, so it was a "just in case" moment.
