I was expecting something a bit more 'fresh' for these new additions...

Well last time Sky Two came around, there was no separate image at all, they just had quick re-edits of Sky One's presentation.

Hopefully this time around Sky Two will last longer than a year.

Sky One Mix and Sky Mix have lasted, and proven their worth, Sky Two is the same content but new name.

Sky Three is the big test, launching on Freeview in 10 days, will it get higher ratings than Sky Travel?

Hey guys, the logos arent that bad. I'm sure Sky will find someway of making it look cool. Does anyone know what the channels for sky 2 and three will be on sky. I'm assuming 106, 107 and 108.

You assume right!

As everyone says, the Sky Two logo only just passes for Sky Tuo, never mind Two.

It be better if the middle part of the "w" went up into a triangle in the middle of the circle.

Actually these new logos don't look too bad. I'm glad they've kept the current SKY ONE look.

After all, these ARE supposed to be logos, it would be abit boring if every channel simply spelt out their name. We know what they all mean (after all you can't confuse them with anything else) and they look like the "family" of entertainment channels that SKY were aiming for.

I like the new logos as I'm also a fan of Sky One's version. I hate the idents though.

I'm like that as well. I miss the 1996 idents.

Ahh, yes, the golden age of Sky idents. Strangely enough that's the last time we had a Sky Two.

It will be interesting to see how the new ones animate on screen Very Happy

Why is it that Sky Three is going onto Freeview. Why don't they just put Sky One on Freeview? I'm ignorant as to why! Would it be to do with all the exclusive rights that Sky one have ie - 24, Nip Tuck and so on?

Because you don't give away your premium content for free.

Exactly, and I also think that Sky would be forced to add Sky One & Two to FreeSat also....costing them alot of people on the basic package as there isn't much else on there that is decent.
