Sky - Comcast takeover complete

Comcast to compulsorily acquire all shares not already held. (September 2018)

21CF sold it's shares to Comcast today.

Comcast are now the major shareholder in Sky plc. A truly momentous occasion that barring personal holdings the Murdochs are no longer interested in Sky.

Comcast now own 76.84pct of Sky.

Also throw the boundary up north through to Warrington and Wigan as well as a bit of West Yorkshire.

Don't dismiss this entirely. There is a significant block of potential customers who hold this opinion, a lot will depend on whether Comcast start subtly changing the output of the channels offering to match these customers aspirations.

I really wish Fox had won, then Disney would have brought the company and then legally There could broadcast TVS catchphrase on Challenge, were never know now Very Happy I'll get my coat.
