When BBC4 began in 2002, the Radio Times did a huge feature about it, spanning several pages and promoting numerous programmes on it. Then on the actual listings pages they'd forgotten to change the heading and it was still called BBC Knowledge. You'd be amazed how easy it is to forget this stuff...
Just because they have the right listings doesn't mean they'll have been told to change the channel names
