I agree, it really is brilliant to watch, I wonder if this this is the preview to next season's football graphics too?
It must be the first time in Sky Sports history, there are using three offical aston sets as the footie, rugby seem to use one set, the golf the older one and now the cricket with it's new graphics.
Am I right in thinking it's the first time in a few years that they've started using the little 'run box', so the main cam is showing the fielders trying to catch the ball, while in the little box, we can watch to see how many runs they are making? Haven't seen that for a long while.
They stopped using it on a lot of golf coverage too I noticed.
Brilliant... much neater than the football graphics (which I think have become a bit irritating with their flashy over-the-top animation). Let's hope these extend to the rest of their output.
Really nice graphics. Perhaps they've decided to put in a bit more effort now they have the full Test contract.
Last years efforts weren't anything spectactular, but they have gone for it this year, all astons animate off with sound effects as well which is really good in my book, the runs box I think is too small though, needs to be bigger, and I think these graphics should spread to the rest of the Sky Sports Network.
