Sky+ Remote Record

Does anyone in STV-land use Sky's Remote Record app?

Every time I try and send a record reminder to my box via the app it tells me that the wrong region has been selected for my id. Now my region should be STV West, however the app is telling me that it should be set to STV East.

Even Sky are flummoxed by this issue and have no idea what's going on, and I'm just wondering if anyone else has had this problem?

What happens if you set it to STV East, and then set a recording?

Still says that I have set the wrong region for my Sky id, it seems to be nothing problematic...

So what region does it suggest at that point?

Not the best place, but E4+1 is showing a remind me prompt during a programme for last 10mins or so

What happens if you set your region to London and record from ITV London?

I used to find that being outside London, using Sky Remote Record would always record off Channel 4 on EPG 9-hundred-and-whatever-it-is.
