Sky regional Channels

Hello i'm Posting on behalf of my little austisc brother Paul, he is interested to know if Sky have any plans to launch regional services. This would hopefully include regional channels from BSkyB for instance maybe a Sky London, Sky Scotland, Sky Wales, Sky Northen Ireland and Sky Eire much like the system the BBC and The ITV networks employ.

The name Paul.... My suspicions are right- this is Paul Akinbola who did this last year as well. Only last year, he accomapnied his posts with copied & pasted text from other posts & forums.
